There is always Asian saying that portray how importance of Education is, to nurture a well being. Even the brilliance man will have to admit, knowledge is important to upheld the success continuation. From luck, faith and opportunity, knowledge still rank high to determine the success of anyone. This will be the reason why knowledge will be the longest journey of ours thru-out our life.
Still, the importance of knowledge empowerment seems deterioting with the linear chart of technology advancement. Various methods, strategy, media and approaches have been published and created for the convenience of knowledge sharing. Though, the rate on how this information and knowledge being benefited has thus far, fell beyond the effort put forward for the establishment.
Are we too stubborn to realize or will it be too difficult to understand the importance knowledge held on us. I met a lot of personnel who has regretted too much in life by only to make themselves realized the importance of this unfanciful point in their life. Will it be too late for one to resume knowledge harvesting? Frankly there is no age limit for education. Still, there is a price to pay.
The loss of opportunity and the moment of clarity seeking thru-out the period of limited knowledge are great enough to put off some values in life. Time is an important tool to make up one's life. Losing time will eventually reducing the capital of yours to gain any desired tangible benefit in life. Thus, assess further the true cost of education in life.
Sometimes, something is best learnt from the hard way. Still, do we see the end of this uneventful human routine? Only time will tell.

Conflict Among Community Member
Have you wonder how conflict takes place? In nearly all the studies that I have came across, I personally summarized that conflict takes place when there is an inflict of needs, objective and aspiration involved among various parties. When personal interest is involved, conflict will eventually occur with various parties trying to achieve or to protect their personal interest. Similar to individual beast behavior, protection and self defense will be ignited to prevent loss and harm in any forms of tangible and intangible consequences.
How to prevent conflict? A matter of most important question for many, I believe. Personally, I do not see any effort that is proven to prevent conflict. A matter of fact, conflict is non-preventable as far as personal interest concerns. Thus, a much immediate attention is to resolve conflict.
Conflict resolution can take place by achiving the best interest among parties involved. This include a compromise statement from various parties or to achieve similar interest that best fit all. By then, conflict can be resolved in a more permanent way instead of temporary effort. To conclude, to understand conflict is the first step to resolve conflict. As far as to understand, we learn to study and enlighten of interest of others.
Lucky me, I have met a small conflict this morning. Looking into the nature of conflict, the difference of objective and operating procedures become the argument of two parties. To claim on others' working attitude is not standardized to another, became the justification behind the heated arguments. Standard operation is well known for an established organization. This is the place where all represented personnels will behave and operate to the same tune, yet to represent the organization.
Though, in similar case, I find that, the parties involved in the conflict is trying to resolve the differences. For a start of resolution, I have attempted to refer for further details to understand the needs of the respective parties. At the same time, there is a session where I invoked to allow better understanding why certain strategies have been prescribed. Although the whole resolution session has not really solving the conflict, due to various reasons of short-lived-solution, I am much glad that the conflict is put fourth for me to further adjust my operating behavior.
My involvement in services industry is not in young age. Thus, I believe a strong fortress will never secure the establishment built by years. While, a more flexible and continuous learning will eventually strike out to be a better solution and for personal growth. I will take the conflict as unresolved until I have finally improve myself. This is a promise for me to the parties involved and as well to the industry I have committed.
Conflict is positive shall we take the process as equally challenging and rewarding as the process of claiming victory in any project I have completed.
